I spent over 15 years in the corporate world — coaching leaders, building teams, and holding it all together on the outside… while completely unraveling on the inside.
I thought I was doing everything right: achieving, showing up, pushing through.
But I was exhausted, disconnected, and barely present for the people I loved most — including myself.
Eventually, burnout wasn’t just a buzzword. It became a wake-up call I couldn’t ignore.
