This is primarily for leaders within organizations where I'm already doing consulting work. The coaching extends the organizational work by developing individual leadership capacity alongside systemic changes.

I also work with a limited number of individual clients. Typically CEOs or senior leaders at growth-stage organizations (50-500 employees) navigating complexity they haven't seen before.

What this isn't:
