Leadership Assessment

Strategic Growth Partnership

Ongoing advisory support for CEOs and leadership teams as complexity increases.

Your organization is growing continuously. New challenges surface every quarter. What worked last year doesn't work this year.

You need a trusted advisor who understands your business and can help you navigate complexity as it shows up—not just when it becomes a crisis.

When This Is Relevant

Leaders typically consider partnership when:

  • The organization is in continuous growth mode with new complexity emerging regularly
  • Strategic decisions require outside perspective more than occasional advice
  • Building organizational capacity needs to happen before constraints hit
  • You value having a thinking partner who knows your history and context
  • Progress depends on sustained infrastructure evolution, not one-time fixes

This isn't for organizations with a single problem to solve. It's for leaders navigating ongoing complexity who want strategic support as conditions evolve.

How It Works

The Strategic Growth Partnership provides ongoing advisory support to help CEOs and leadership teams maintain clarity, alignment, and momentum as conditions evolve.

Rather than solving a single moment in time, this partnership creates continuity. It establishes a consistent rhythm for thinking, decision-making, and accountability so progress does not stall between planning cycles or key decisions.

The work is intentionally flexible and responsive. Conversations are shaped by what leaders are facing in real time, with a focus on reinforcing direction, pressure-testing priorities, and maintaining forward movement as complexity increases.

Work Across All Four Areas

We address what needs attention—leadership, structure, workforce, or execution—as different challenges surface.

Anticipation, Not Just Reaction

I help you see what's coming before it becomes urgent. We build capacity before you hit the constraint.

Who This Is For

This partnership is best fit for:

  • Organizations in continuous growth mode (not one-time transition)
  • CEOs who value having an outside perspective on ongoing challenges
  • Organizations where new complexity emerges regularly
  • Leaders who want to build capacity before hitting constraints

What It Looks Like

Structure

Regular Advisory Cadence

We meet bi-weekly or monthly to discuss what's emerging, what decisions are coming, and what concerns you're seeing.

Focused Support Between Sessions

As challenges surface between our regular meetings, the partnership provides targeted support:

  • Reviewing materials before you implement (org charts, role descriptions, operating rhythms)
  • Facilitated sessions with leaders on specific friction points
  • Quick pulse checks to assess if alignment or capacity is holding
  • Preparation for high-stakes moments (difficult conversations, board presentations, announcements)
  • Ad hoc guidance when urgent issues surface

This is light-touch support, typically a few hours per month. Deep engagement work (major restructuring, multi-week projects) requires separate scope.

Timeline:

Minimum commitment: 6 months

Typical duration: 6-12 months (often renewable)

Typical Investment:

$3,000 - $9,000/month depending on cadence, level of access between meetings, organizational complexity and scope of support.

What This Is Not: This is not project-based consulting. If you have a specific, defined constraint to resolve, a Focused Consulting Engagement is more appropriate.

This partnership helps you maintain momentum as complexity increases - preserving decision quality, strengthening organizational capacity, and building systems that support sustained performance.

How the Partnership Evolves

Months 1-2: Orientation

Deep dive into your organization, history, current challenges, and where you're headed. Establish rhythm and focus areas.

Months 3-8: Active Partnership

Regular cadence established. Work across areas as needs emerge. Build anticipation capacity.

Months 9-12: Partnership Matures

Partnership deepens. Less reactive, more anticipatory. Consider renewal or transition.

This partnership is designed to evolve as the organization evolves. While the work doesn’t follow a rigid formula, most engagements move through a similar progression as clarity deepens, momentum builds, and leadership capacity expands.
